2021 Limited Release Seasons Chardonnay
This Chardonnay was fermented and aged in oak barrels for 10 months and for the first time ever, the wood for the new barrel portion was seasoned two years at the winery giving the wine a subtle spice and nutty character combined with concentrated notes of apple and pear. This vintage of C.S.M. is another eclectic blend of Chenin Blanc, Sauvignon Blanc - with a hint of Muscat Canelli. The Chenin Blanc lends bright, fresh melon flavors while the Sauvignon Blanc throws in complex textures and depth. 2020 Limited Release Marsanne
This Marsanne fruit got split this year into a tank and barrel ferment. It went to barrel without yeast – wild– and it delivered. It has a rich, viscous palate, while still retaining fruit. The barrel portion was then blended with a bit of the tank ferment which adds verse and a bright fruit backbone. - Columbia Valley
2020 Limited Release Grüner Veltliner
A majority of this wine was fermented in one of our concrete tanks which adds depth & texture to this racy, citrus flavored wine. The wine has a natural minerality making this an excellent food wine. Impress all your guests by serving a wine with an umlaut (two dots) in the name! - Yakima Valley

Grapes sourced for this elegant, complex, dry-style Gewürztraminer are from vineyards in the cooler Yakima Valley. Aromas of pink grapefruit, minerality and ginger linger in the glass. The wine was fermented in neutral oak which offers a velvety palate with hints of dried herb and coriander. - Yakima Valley

This elegant expression of Chardonnay was fermented in concrete and stainless tanks producing a bright and fruit forward wine. 2019 Limited Release Austral White Wine
This blend of Viognier, Roussanne and Marsanne delivers richness and structure. Some of the Viognier was fermented in stainless steel to lend a bright pretty fruit note. The remaining Viognier, along with the Marsanne and Roussanne, was fermented in neutral barrels adding a creamy texture. - Columbia Valley
2019 Limited Release Boreal Syrah
This vintage is 98% Syrah co-fermented with 2% Viognier. The touches of Viognier dances with floral notes and accentuates the vibrant fruit of Syrah. Aged for 16 months in French oak, this wine is adventurous, balanced and fun. - Horse Heaven Hills
2019 Limited Release Sangiovese
To showcase grapes from the Horse Heaven Hills and using some of Italy’s greatest wines as a model, we blended 92% Sangiovese with 8% Cabernet Sauvignon. Characteristic vibrant red fruit and earthy spice of Sangiovese meld with ripe juicy raspberry to create a wine that is fresh, nuanced and smooth. - Columbia Valley

This wine is fermented in stainless steel to enhance the floral character and fermentation was stopped early to create a rich, sweet style with flavors of ripe apricot and aromas of jasmine spice. - Yakima Valley

This Grüner Veltliner combines racy acidity, minerality and citrus flavors with a velvety soft texture and floral aromas on the finish. It has tension and focus, but it has an inviting personality that will keep you coming back for another sip. - Yakima Valley

Grapes sourced for this elegant dry-style Gewurtztraminer are from vineyards in the cooler Yakima Valley. Aromas of pink grapefruit, linden and ginger linger in the glass. The wine was primarily fermented in neutral oak for 5 months to offer a luscious velvety palate with hints of coriander and clove.

2018 Limited Release Boreal Syrah
Boreal reflects elegance and structure. This Syrah was co-fermented with 3% Viognier, sourced from Archie Den Hoed Vineyards (54%) Canoe Ridge Estate Vineyard (32%) and Anna Marie Vineyard (14%). Specific to cooler sites, this wine showcases lifted floral notes, vibrant red fruits and delicate tannins.
