We love Washington Sémillon for its full body that also surprises your palate with lively flavors. 2021 Limited Release Grenache Blanc

Flying M Farms provided the grapes for this expressive, complex, dry-style Gewürztraminer. Aromas of pink grapefruit, minerality, and ginger linger in the glass. 2021 Limited Release Seasons Chardonnay
This Chardonnay was fermented and aged in oak barrels for 10 months and for the first time ever, the wood for the new barrel portion was seasoned two years at the winery giving the wine a subtle spice and nutty character combined with concentrated notes of apple and pear. This vintage of C.S.M. is another eclectic blend of Chenin Blanc, Sauvignon Blanc - with a hint of Muscat Canelli. 2020 Limited Release Marsanne
This Marsanne fruit got split this year into a tank and barrel ferment. It went to barrel without yeast – wild– and it delivered. It has a rich, viscous palate, while still retaining fruit. The barrel portion was then blended with a bit of the tank ferment which adds verse and a bright fruit backbone. - Columbia Valley
2020 Limited Release Grüner Veltliner

2019 Limited Release Austral White Wine
This blend of Viognier, Roussanne and Marsanne delivers richness and structure. Some of the Viognier was fermented in stainless steel to lend a bright pretty fruit note. 2019 Limited Release Boreal Syrah

To showcase grapes from the Horse Heaven Hills and using some of Italy’s greatest wines as a model, we blended 92% Sangiovese with 8% Cabernet Sauvignon. This wine is fermented in stainless steel to enhance the floral character and fermentation was stopped early to create a rich, sweet style with flavors of ripe apricot and aromas of jasmine spice. - Yakima Valley

The 2018 Cold Creek Red Blend showcases a delicious and fascinating spice notes. The palate opens with sweetness and density. 2017 Limited Release Austral White Wine
For the Austral this year, we co-fermented a blend of Roussanne, Marsanne, and Viognier together in a barrel. The result is a seamless, rich wine. We layered tank-fermented Grenache Blanc and Roussanne for brightness while a touch more of Viognier from barrel brought ripe stone fruit and texture. - Snipes Mountain

Sometimes it's great just to give it your best shot with one mixed fermenter! This entire blend is a co-fermentation of one of our best Merlots (76%) and our one jammy block of Malbec (24%). Inspired by a Northern Italian wine blend, I was intrigued by their combination of Barbera and Syrah; Barbera for its high-toned cherry notes and brisk acidity and Syrah for its deep jamminess and sweet finish. Our Washington state version has this kind of wonderful point/counterpoint combination.

2015 Limited Release Tempestade
Instead of fortifying the grapes for a sweet wine, these are fermented to create a dry red wine. The result is an interesting duality; the Touriga Nacional, Tinto Cão and Tinta Madeira grapes bring an earthy depth to the wine while the Souzão layers acidity with bright fruit on top. - Columbia Valley
2015 Limited Release Boreal Red Wine
This wine highlights the broad range of wine that can be made with Syrah. These Syrah (90%) grapes were co-fermented with Viognier (10%) in the style of Côte-Rôtie in Northern Rhône region of France. The Viognier brings a delicate character to the Syrah and together they create a wine with notes of orange blossom, raspberry brambles and red currants.
