2020 Limited Release Gamay Noir
No way, Gamay? We sought out one of the few Washington Gamay plantings, Carousel Vineyard, to bring you this lively, fruity Gamay. This wine saw carbonic fermentation in a concrete pyramid, and was blended with some whole cluster stainless steel fermented Gamay for the ideal blend. - Horse Heaven Hills

We love Washington Sémillon for its full body that also surprises your palate with lively flavors. To showcase this unique identity, the wine was mostly fermented in tank to highlight the zesty fruit, but we also blended barrel fermented wine to bring out the rich and creamy texture of the grape. - Yakima Valley
2021 Limited Release Pinot Blanc
Enjoy the delicate flavors and texture, brought to you by patience. The Yakima Valley region’s sunny days and cool evening temperatures create ideal conditions for intense aroma and flavor development in the ripening grapes. 2021 Limited Release Grüner Veltliner
This wine is focused and packs a punch of lemon, lime and peach aromas followed by pin point acidity. It is mouthwatering and will pair extremely well with our bounty of Northwest seafood. - Rattlesnake Hills

This Rhone-style white wine offers superb freshness and crisp acidity. The majority was stainless steel fermented to highlight flavors of blood orange and white flowers. Some wine from neutral barrel was blended in, providing some body and texture. Enjoy!
