Almond ROCA cookies and a bottle of Columbia Valley Cabernet Sauvignon

Awesome ROCA Drizzle Cookies

Almond Roca
 

Ingredients

  • 2 ¼ cup flour
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp baking soda
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 1 cup white sugar
  • 1 cup butter, softened
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • ½ cup brown sugar
  • 1 can (10 oz) Almond ROCA
  • ¼ cup chocolate chips
  • 1 tbsp white chocolate chips

Directions

  1. In a large bowl, combine flour, salt, baking soda, baking powder and white sugar. 
  2. In separate bowl, mix butter, eggs, vanilla and brown sugar. Then combine and mix. 
  3. Chop Almond ROCA and stir into batter until blended. 
  4. Drop by spoonful onto silicone baking sheet. 
  5. Bake about 10-12 minutes or until done in middle. Remove and let cool.
  6. Melt milk and white chocolate chips and drizzle separately on top. 
  7. Serve and enjoy with a glass of Chateau Ste. Michelle Cabernet Sauvignon.
