Hot Honey Candied Bacon

Ingredients
- 1 (16-oz) pkg thick cut bacon
- ½ cup hot honey
- 3 Tbsp brown sugar
- 1 Tbsp pepper
- 1¼ tsp crushed red pepper
- 3 jalapeños, thinly sliced
Directions
- Preheat oven to 400°F.
- Place bacon on a large lightly greased wire rack over a foil-lined rimmed baking sheet. Brush bacon with hot honey.
- Stir together brown sugar, pepper, and crushed red pepper; sprinkle over bacon. Top bacon with sliced jalapeño.
- Bake 20 to 24 minutes or until bacon is crisp.
- Let cool 5 minutes before serving.
